The audio-tour takes visitors on a journey through various parts of Tai Kwun, an art centre (formerly a prison and police station) in Hong Kong.  At each location, the tour touches on episodes where contagion, disease, and illness have impacted Hong Kong from 1890s till 2003. As this combines walking, breathing, and bodily exercises, the work also engages the audience in how various histories―personal, cultural, pop music (those of Anita Mui and Leslie Cheung), and social, alongside mythologies and other religious or spiritual pursuits―are told.
